Renew your Ejari on time, every time.
When your tenancy contract renews, your Ejari must renew with it. We send you a reminder 30 days before expiry and process the renewal the same day – no DEWA disruption, no visa risk, no fines.

Why Ejari renewal matters
Your Ejari certificate expires when your tenancy contract expires. If you renew the lease but forget to renew the Ejari, several things can break:
- Family visa renewals are blocked – GDRFA requires an active Ejari
- DEWA / SEWA accounts may be flagged for closure
- Bank credit reviews can fail proof-of-address checks
- School re-enrolment may be questioned
- RTA driving license renewal requires an active Ejari
Our renewal process
Step 1 – Reminder 30 days out
We send you a WhatsApp reminder 30 days before your existing Ejari expires, so you have time to renew the lease with your landlord.
Step 2 – Send us the renewal contract
Once you and your landlord sign the renewed tenancy contract, send it to us via WhatsApp or email along with your Emirates ID.
Step 3 – RERA submission
We submit the renewed contract to RERA and request a fresh Ejari certificate. Most renewals are processed the same business day.
Step 4 – Certificate delivered
You receive the renewed Ejari (Arabic and English) by email. We also update your file in our portal so you have a complete history.
