What started as a small accounting practice grew into a full-service corporate firm.
When we opened our doors at Al Mussallah Tower on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road, the UAE business landscape looked very different. There was no VAT. No Corporate Tax. Free Zones were a niche concept and “Mainland” meant 51% local sponsorship.
Over twenty-two years, we’ve watched the regulations evolve — and we’ve evolved with them. We were one of the first firms in our area to register clients on EmaraTax for Corporate Tax. We’ve handled Free Zone restructurings into Mainland, group reorganisations under DMTT rules, and more bank account opening files than we can count.
